IOSH is proud to once again support the EU-OSHA Healthy Workplaces Campaign and its timely focus on mental health at work. As organisations continue to navigate changing ways of working and wider social and economic pressures, protecting workers’ mental health has never been more important.
Good mental health is fundamental to safe, healthy and productive workplaces. Employers who take proactive steps to prevent work-related psychosocial risks, foster supportive workplace cultures and prioritise wellbeing can help their people thrive while strengthening organisational performance.
At IOSH, we believe that creating mentally healthy workplaces requires commitment, collaboration and leadership at every level. By raising awareness, sharing good practice and encouraging positive action, we can help make lasting improvements for workers everywhere. Together with EU-OSHA and our fellow campaign partners, we look forward to supporting this important initiative and helping to drive positive change in workplaces across Europe and beyond.
